Meet the Founder

Gloria Long is the proud Founder and CEO of Ladybug Travel Agency, established in 2017. With nine years of entrepreneurial experience, 15 years of event planning experience, and over 20 years in education, she brings passion, creativity, and dedication to every travel experience.

Her passion for planning began while attending Prince George's Community College, where she organized educational, social, and community events. She also enjoyed creating memorable experiences for family and friends.

Gloria earned her bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland. Her background in education and event planning has strengthened her organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional customer service.

Today, through Ladybug Travel Agency, Gloria specializes in helping individuals, families, and groups plan unforgettable vacations, cruises, and special celebrations.
